Best translation/interpretation with historical facts, like when each verse was revealed , under what circumstance with context.. this is just not a literal translation of verse by verse.

The best translation and tafseer I have read so far. Absolutely fantastic. The tafseer part font is a bit to tiny.

Basic Arabic quran is the same and does not change. This quran is mostly shia interpretation and translation. It shows how much can change the interpretatuon by different sects of ISLAM. It is excellent. All SHIAS and SUNIS should read this interpretatation. The commentries are are mostly SHIA TWELVERS point of view. So other shias may not agree with every thing. But it is a must read for all SHIAS and Sunis and others for really deep study of Islam. This Quran opensup some misunderstood avenues in Islamic studies.

The quality of the paper is so cheap. This is the Quran we are talking about. It is a sacred book but you treat it with disrespect when you use such paper and font qualities.

If you ever wanted to know the reason and history behind why each aya was revealed then this Qur'an is a great start. I love how the Author organizes the knowledge and specifies different lists to make processing the vasts amount of information easier. This Qur'an has an excellent translation and commentary set up. The translation is line by line and commentary is explained in the footnotes. The first 150 so pages is a detailed introduction about Qur'anic studies, topics, prophets, guide to prayer and Dua Kumayl.Each Surah starts out with the Name of the Surah in transliteration and translation.Prior to beginning to each surah the Author outlines the following:1. Each Surah starts out with the Name of the Surah in transliteration and translation.2. A brief introductory note on the context3. List the Important topics covered in the surah.4. Also a list of sections is provided at the beginning to easily show the reader what each topics are coming in each section.The print is small and the paper is thin, not because it's a cheap quality but in order to properly fit the vast amounts of knowledge into one book. This book is heavy, it's not like a regular Qur'an which can be held in one hand to read. This book will need to be placed on a desk in front of you so you can read it in comfort. The font used is not the normal Uthmani font used in most Qur'ans, this font is Noorehuda font. While dense, I was surprised how well everything flowed together and I didn't feel like I got too bogged down. The Wiwa family and many others faced terrible injustices that should be remembered and not repeated

I have a confession to make, Jimmy is a friend, mentor, and former supervisor so this review is biased. To be honest, I purchased this book to support a friend knowing I probably would know a lot of the content and stories already. That being said, I cannot speak highly enough for how this book can serve as a blueprint for any leader or educator. The book is not only full of great anecdotes that can serve as a motivation for educators working hard on a daily basis, but more importantly can allow us to see how these intentional acts can impact our students and our schools. Jimmy provides countless concrete actions as well as provocative questions that you can take as a school leader to continually push your own practices to improve our schools. Simply put, reading this book will help kids!

As an educator and leader I thoroughly enjoyed the book "Culturize: Every Student. Every Day. Whatever It Takes" by Jimmy Casas. Like when you hear Jimmy present or work/meet with him, the book "Culturize" inspires, challenges, and compels you to be better. Drawing from his own personal experiences as a student, teacher, and administrator, Jimmy sets a framework, a mindset that all educators should have toward their students, their craft, their profession, their schools, and their communities. Amazing read! Jimmy opened my eyes on how I look at our students who need us the most. Anyone in education will be simply inspired by reading this book. I can see teachers being empowered by this book to lead and get a hold of their school’s culture. Jimmy is honest and delivers a message that can be applied tomorrow. The magic is in the people. And without people there’s no schools. So let’s get busy culturizing our schools.

This is a quick read and I enjoyed the author's personal story of the importance of building relationships with students. Educators need to be a champion for students. Inspirational and relevant to the power of role models in a school.

It has been a while since I have read a book that I loved as much as I love this one! Great points to ponder, awesome words to live by and solid relationship-building actions to take to move forward your school culture. The day after I finished the book I started having discussions with my building leaders and grade level teams....let the culturizing begin! Jimmy has done a great job of using his personal stories and experiences to help his readers see his perspective and create “merchants of Hope”. A must read for all educators.

This is one of the most inspirational books I've read as an educator. It is a great reminder of the "why" we do what we do each day and the importance of servant leadership. The book is also a great reminder that we must carry the banner each day and lead with a positive attitude, compassion, and understanding for all those we serve!

In Culturize, Jimmy Casas shares stories that tie directly to building culture in our schools. He has compelling examples directly related to specific actions that all schools should examine as they work to become better. Culturize is defnitely Jimmy's manifesto and an example of how leaders should look at education. Thank you for writing this amazing book.

This book was more about the secondary character and his build up (for the next book) then who the book was supposed to be about. This author was a favorite for a very long time but lately her writing has changed. She used to be smart and intelligent but she's either dumbed down her work or is trying to be hip and trendy. If I saw one more "shoot" or "oh" or "oh, shoot", I was going to shoot my kindle!From the very beginning, it was easy to see how everything was going to work out. And sometimes that's not a bad thing but there wasn't enough else in the book to make the ride getting there enjoyable.If you took out the secondary character and all the references to all her other stories, you'd be left with about half the pages (only a slight exaggeration). I enjoy seeing characters appear from other books/story lines, but it was overdone.Also as the book stands, it was too wordy and could have been written in about 75 less words, in my opinion. How many times do I need to know the one character wore his shirts two sizes too small? Attractions were superficial, plot holes - for example, the security (secondary character) should be fired but that would kill book two. I won't go into more because I don't want to give anything away to someone who doesn't share my opinion.As from a Christian perspective, it was weak and on the back burner, like an afterthought, just thrown in. One of the things that I loved about this author was the strong Christian content and how her stories move. Neither are like they once were.If want to read some really good writing, read about the Christiansen Family. It's her best!

Well, I'm definitely in the minority but I was disappointed. I'd looked forward to the new series and Knox is definitely a good looking cowboy but the magic never happened to bring the characters to life. There is a lot of the "oh woe is me" and repetition of sorrows. The ending was just that. Boom, full stop, on to Tate.

I'm not sure why this has all the 5 star reviews. From the blurb and the great reviews I was really looking forward to it. This is a well written but it's repetitious and unrealistic. I'm not into spoilers you'll have to judge for yourself. The next in the series is another brother, he was an integral player in this book so I'm guessing these will all have to be read in order, not stand alone. This one doesn't make me want to go further with the series. Just not my cup of tea.

The danger from Kelsey’s past seems to be catching up to her, and when Knox gets involved, he makes it his mission to keep her safe. Throughout the book, they each have to deal with their own fears. Kelsey is afraid of the trauma in her past coming back to haunt her, and she’s not sure she can trust God with her future. Knox wants to be the one people can count on to show up, the one who holds his father’s legacy together. He doesn’t want to let his family down, and he’s a little afraid of what might happen if he went after a new dream and left the safety of the ranch.One thing that sets Susan May Warren’s writing apart for me is the way she writes her characters. I feel like I’m inside their hearts and minds, and like I really understand them. Their struggles, their hard questions, and their faith all ring true. I can connect with and relate to them, no matter how different their lives are from mine. That is definitely true with the characters in Knox! The characters and the plot are have just enough complexity and detail to keep you engaged in the story without getting bogged down or lost. Expertly woven sub-plots and hints of the series arc add depth to this story and build anticipation for the rest of the series.Overall, I loved Knox! It’s a well-written, engaging story, and a must-read for anyone who enjoys suspense or romance. It’s a great start to the new series, and I can’t wait for the next four books!I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for a review. Page 3 - over population and page 4 - says to neuter or spay. Basically every reason you have to breed is frowned upon. Suffice to say. I’m sending it back. How tacky.

This is a good book for the "matter-of-fact" reference for any breeder. It has useful information on what to expect when breeding (even when it's accidental) and any situation that may come up. The only disadvantage is it doesn't have much information on the business-side of breeding for start-up or running.

While I have had dogs my entire life, I have never bred them before. My Vet was vague with information so I sought out my own sources. I purchased a couple books and spent many hours on the internet trying to educate myself. This book had all the information I needed and more. Our puppies were born 3 days ago and I have been able to handle everything that has come along. I now feel confident in continuing to take care of these newborn pups and their mom. Any time I have a question I just reread the section it was discussed in. If there is one book to have on hand for a breeding dog -- this is it. In fact this is the ONLY book I will ever need!

I bought this book specifically to review the whelping section for clients who are beginner breeders ( at least on the female side, they have always had stud dogs) and found direct, succinct advice that was easy to read. This is a great reference for beginners/novice breeders, but make sure that you contact your veterinarian if you have any questions or concerns, and let them know what materials you are reading.

This is a great start! My boyfriend and I are going to breed our chocolate lab and this really helped us figure out how to get started. It doesn't get incredibly specific but it's perfect for an amateur looking to go pro!

This book wasn't as "complete" as I expected from the title. It was a great book, covered almost all aspects of breeding. However it was pretty much a book of breeding basics...just the bare minimum information on each subject. I would have liked a deeper more comprehensive study. I did not personally gain much. I'd recommend this for beginners and those that really don't know much about breeding and just need somewhere to start.

This book is an excellent resource for new breeders as well has a helpful guide to more seasoned breeders. It contains valuable information on pre-pregnancy issues and considerations as well as extremely useful information regarding the whelping and post-whelping processes. Diagrams and pictures also help readers understand specific processes and events, especially concerning the whelping process. This book is not written to educate readers regarding the breeding process of specific breeds and is an excellent resource for general information. The author writes in a clear and concise manner and the book is organized well enough to use as a quick reference in a hurry. Additionally, the book is not antagonistic nor does it contain personal bias' as many other books on this topic seem to. The author is very straightforward and gives clear information backed by fact without offering opinion or incessant diatribe. The books' organization also allows readers to pick it up and read about specific topics as necessary rather than requiring a cover-to-cover reading experience.

This is a great book! I have learned so much from it. It is written in easy to understand format. So informative as well. I have yorkies and I was breeding one of them for the first time. I was so unsure of what to do, as I am an amateur at this game...laughing. This book helped me to understand so much and removed all my worries that I wouldn't do things right. Well....apparently I did! My baby girl, Crissi, is having Mama some babies! I am so excited I just cannot wait...they will be born October 25th, my brother's birthday...may he rest in peace...and they will be just in time for Christmas puppies! I can truthfully say that had it not been for the information I learned from this book, I would not have decided to breed my girls. I was so afraid, but this book staightend that out! I recommend it to ANYONE who is new at breeding, and even ones who do breed. A friend of mine who has breeding yorkies for almost 15 years.... and she even learned from this book!!! Kudos to the author and thanks so much for relieving my fears of breeding small dogs. Now my other girl, "Princess AnnaBelle" has come into season, so more puppies will be coming soon. Thanks, a million times over!!! Great Author...I would give him TEN STARS!!!!!

Both interesting and disturbing. Is the book more fact than fiction or more fiction than fact? Regardless the Words of Isaiah and the words of America's leaders, combined with some of our history seem more than coincidence and very disturbing.

My sister recommended this book to me, as we talked about the natural disasters if Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. I actually started reading it on September 11th, which made the events described in this book even more intense. I couldn't put it down, and just finished it the next morning. I hope to get more people to read it and take to heart the message here - that America must return to God. It is something I have been praying for for years, and especially in these last months. Our country has turned so far from God, that we are at each other's throats over politics and political correctness. We have lost sight of the God-given rights and ideals our country was founded upon. I pray that America returns to our Christian values before it is too late.

My son first introduced "The Harbinger" to me on you tube. This book follows that documentary very well with enough more in-depth insertions that I felt it worthwhile to read the book along with watching the program. I am reminded of the quote..."For those who believe, no explanation is necessary. For those who don't believe, no explanation is possible." This is a fact-filled book. It is not fiction and not embellished. No need to give the stories away. No matter what you believe, about anything, give this book a try. Then pass it on.

When I saw that it was almost five star rated, I couldn't wait to read this novel, however, two chapters in I was sorry I started reading. I have never read such a repetitive book. Things were explained over and over and over again, just changing the wording. I read about half of the book and gave up. It was tedious to say the least to have things repeated so often. The subject matter was interesting, however the author interpreted events to fit his scenario. He definitely took poetic license with most of it. I can't understand how so many were so intrigued by this.

This could be an awesome book, but it becomes extremely frustrating very quickly. It is a work of fiction eerily portraying parallels between 9/11 and God's judgment and destruction on the Northern Kingdom of Israel by the Assyrians, A reporter is sent an ancient clay seal and meets a man who calls himself a prophet who says there are nine more seals, and each contains a prophetic message concerning America's future.The information is fascinating, but is wrapped in far too much wording.to be enjoyable. The reporter is told that he must discover the clues behind each seal and figure out the warnings that the seals represent. The "clues" the "prophet" gives to help the reporter are responses so obtuse that they would make a Zen Master proud, a combination of Zen and verbal circular logic. It doesn't take long before you want to reach into the book and choke straight answers out of the "prophet". I've tried reading it twice and both times didn't make it halfway through before becoming to irritated and frustrated to read any further. Maybe you'll have more patience than I.Don't get me wrong, it could be a 5-star book if the author didn't play so many mind-games with riddles and would cut the long, wordy explanations of the seals when the "prophet" explains them and their meanings. My opinion, though........

A dear friend was so excited about this book. She heard her son, a minister preach on it. Her reaction just surrounded me with hope that god loves us and wants only our faith and love following the path to his heart. This was so uplifting and explains so much regarding the end times. This book tells us what we need to be and do pass the message,. I love the way the writer put it in a narrative, easy to read and understand,we are one heartbeat away from judgement.

A fascinating read. I saw the Rabbi on Glenn Beck and the story was so compelling I had to get the book. The structure of the delivery is just a bit clunky but, the story overwhelms any shortcomings in the presentation. A great comparison of ancient to modern times. I've not moved on the The Mystery of the Shemitah. If you have any interest in biblical history and what's in store for us in the future, this is a MUST read.

Very insightful. Once I started down the path with Nouriel, I couldn't wait to see what would come next. I became immersed in the history unfolding and of the future of our nation. Drove home the idea I already had that America's number one problem was removing God from our lives. Extremely well written and gave me a lot to think about.

This is a great awaking to our nation and all the problems we are creating just like ancient iSREAL and it is a great book to read and start spreading this source to bring back our nation to a moral one. We once respected and honored what America was. People who remember what this nation was respectfuly spoke,lived and honored the foundation America was built on, will really enjoy this book. I belive what a person on TV said about God,..., we all carry money with God on it,,we say the pledge of alligence to the flag based on God, we sing a song asking for God to bless America etc. But do we really pay attention to the words we use. I'm old enough to remember 1st thing in the morning someone raised the American flag and was taught what the stripes and stars stood for . I married a US Marine who lost a brother in Viet Nam and signed up to serve theire and four other brothers who served there as well. These young men and many more male and females who remembered their nation as a nation with God always included. thank you for carring these books and many thanks to the author Jonathan Cahn
